Crystal healing is about healing the etheric body, which the physical body is a copy of, by healing the etheric body you heal the source of any imbalances that may manifest themselves in the physical body.

An important aspect of this balance maintenance is keeping the flow of energy moving through the Chakra System. Various meditations, vibration frequencies and colour of gemstones and Yoga exercises can help with this process.

What to expect from a healing crystal treatment

Gem stones are cleansed by using running water or Bach's remedy in spring water (especially at functions when used repeatedly), or by tingsha chimes (sound) or by being passed through incense such as sandalwood, frankincense, cedar or myrrh. Then they are charged, either by being placed on crystal clusters, or being placed with carnelian stones and they are then dedicated to healing through meditation before being used in Crystal Healing sessions.

Wear loose clothing without watches or belt and take off shoes. Crystal are used either by being placed on body or above or below to heal the etheric body.

Lay down on table and relax. Starting at the feet a pendulum will be used to check flow of chakras. A note is made of any sluggishness

Amethyst Pendulum is used to check openness and energy flow of Chakras can be used alone to open flow and to dowse for crystal prescription solutions. The Pendulum taps into the higher subconscious for answers.

A Rose Quartz Wand may be used to direct energy flows, wands are preferred for more precise application over areas. Rose Quartz is a more gentle stone for healing than Ruby and it promotes the heart chakra.

A crystal wand maybe be used with point up to dispel any negative energy by using counter-clockwise motions to unwind. Then the wand is turned point facing down to fill aura with positive energy.

Garnet is an excellent healer and can be used to boost a crystal wand if held together with wand.

A chakra layout may be used to strengthen each centre.

Amazonite layouts are used to promote well-being and positive motivation.

For Calming and Relaxation a Moonstone layout is used

For an energy boost Carnelian layouts are used.

Carnelian is used to keep stones energised and are often kept together with other stones to keep them energised.

Once everything is in balance a Seal of Solomon may be used to seal and fill aura with positive energies.

Crystal Cluster is used to cleanse negative energy from Aura and Gemstones used in healing are placed on the cluster. It is helpful to put a crystal clusters by computers to help promote a positive atmosphere

After a crystal healing treatment be sure to drink plenty of water as it has a detox effect. Don't use too many crystals at once. It is better to focus on a few particular layouts at a time, as it can be too overwhelming otherwise.
